The Situational Awareness Matters (SAM) Radio Show interviews YFD Captain John Lightly in a two part series.  John gives a first hand account as to what transpired on the night of October 8, 2009 when the then lieutenant found himself alone, searching for victims in a residential dwelling fire, and caught in a flashover situation.
